The Arrowe Park 5-Mile Multi-Terrain Race is perfect for runners of all abilities. Set in the beautiful surroundings of Arrowe Park, Wirral, the course offers a mix of woodland trails, grassy paths, and well-maintained parkland, making it an accessible yet enjoyable challenge. With a relatively flat profile and gentle undulations, it’s an ideal introduction to multi-terrain running without the demands of steep hills or technical obstacles.
Runners will experience a scenic and varied route, weaving through the tree-lined paths and open spaces of the park. The race typically follows a well-marked course, ensuring participants can focus on their pace and enjoyment rather than navigation. The softer ground underfoot is kinder to joints compared to road running, while the occasional muddy patch adds a bit of fun and adventure.
